My name is Erica Simonavice. I am a real estate agent on the Robby Brady Team at Allen Tate in Downtown Greenville, SC. Originally born and raised in the Midwest, I am so happy my husband and I are able to call this city our home. We love the people, the luscious colors and numerous outdoor adventures available to us and to our two little dogs.
As a full-time agent, I pride myself on being a consultant and friend to my clients. Guiding them through the process and making sure they have all the information needed to make the best decisions for them. I work hard to ensure great customer service, attention to detail and consistent communication so that all parties have a positive and seamless experience buying or selling.
With experience moving cross-country twice, I have compassion and understanding on what it takes to move your life for a job, family and new experiences.
