Short walk from the home to the lake. a 26x28 completely covered slip dock sits on a beautiful part of Lake Hartwell. A tree fell on the ramp of the boat dock a few years ago and damaged the ramp and the light at the shoreline. Neither have been or will be repaired by the sellers. (As Is). The ramp is not sitting straight on the dock and is angled. If you walk on the ramp you do so at your own risk. It is not recommended to walk on the ramp when it is wet. Custom Docks gave a verbal estimate of $8000 to replace the ramp (this price is not guaranteed). Repair may also be possible.
